Hi, I’m Cory Watson, owner of Vive Pro Wash LLC. Based in Elk Mound, I help homeowners and local businesses across western Wisconsin keep their windows and exteriors looking their best.
When you reach out, you’ll talk directly with me about your property, the areas you want cleaned and your goals. We’ll review the scope and quote together, then plan a service date that works for you.
Window cleaning is a core part of my business, alongside house washing, roof soft washing, concrete cleaning, gutters, decks and fences. Each project starts with choosing a cleaning method suited to the surface and its condition.

Soft washing uses low pressure and a cleaning solution to treat organic buildup on appropriate surfaces such as siding and roofs. Pressure washing is used where the material can handle it, such as many concrete surfaces.

Yes. We offer recurring storefront window cleaning and can discuss a frequency that fits your location and needs. We’ll agree on the windows included, interior or exterior access, and pricing before setting up your route service.
Yes. Exterior and interior window cleaning are available, and screen cleaning can be added to your quote. Let Cory know which options you’d like so your quote includes the right scope.
Interior window cleaning requires someone to provide access, or another access arrangement agreed with Cory beforehand. For exterior-only work, discuss access, gates, pets and any property concerns when scheduling so you know whether you need to be there.
Before service, clear access to the areas being cleaned and secure pets away from the work area. For interior windows, move small items from sills and nearby furniture where practical. For exterior washing, close windows and doors, and tell Cory about loose materials, leaks, delicate items or other concerns. Any additional preparation will be discussed for your specific project.
Send your name, property address or city, the services you want and a few photos of the areas to be cleaned. Mention difficult access, upper-story windows, screens, interior cleaning or multiple buildings so Cory can assess the scope.
